About the role

The Executive Director, Innovation Banking leads a portfolio of tactical corporate clients, driving cross‑sell opportunities, revenue generation, and risk management. This senior position partners closely with Relationship Managers and Capital Markets teams to deliver strategic financing solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Independently manage a portfolio of corporate clients, focusing on cross‑selling and return generation.
• Develop and present high‑impact client presentations using PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Perform complex financial modeling and credit analysis to evaluate transaction structures.
• Collaborate with senior leaders across Corporate Banking and Capital Markets to align product offerings with client needs.
• Mentor and develop junior staff, including analysts and associates.
• Support Capital Markets initiatives by assessing suitability of securities and capital‑raising products for clients.

Required profile

• Undergraduate degree required; graduate degree preferred.
• 7‑8+ years of experience in banking, investment banking, M&A, or capital markets.
• 4+ years of corporate banking analysis and sales management.
• Strong corporate finance, credit underwriting, and transaction execution background.
• Proven ability to build relationships with senior executives and deliver complex financial solutions.
