Executive Creative Director

About the role

We are seeking an Executive Creative Director to shape and elevate our brand’s presence across every consumer touchpoint. This senior role combines high‑level brand imagination with strategic rigor, guiding both iconic storytelling and day‑to‑day creative execution for a fast‑growing CPG brand.

Key responsibilities

• Own and continuously evolve the brand’s creative vision, visual identity, voice, and systems.
• Develop insight‑driven creative frameworks that guide campaigns, content, and channel execution.
• Translate brand and consumer insights into actionable creative direction.
• Ensure a cohesive, distinctive look and feel across paid media, organic social, DTC, and retail channels.
• Lead storytelling from big‑idea concepts to everyday content, balancing long‑term brand building with short‑term performance.
• Oversee all creative output, setting high standards for craft, consistency, and effectiveness.
• Provide hands‑on creative direction, feedback, and mentorship to digital designers and Art Directors.
• Build and lead a high‑performing creative team, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
• Partner with Marketing, Product, and Retail teams to align creative with broader business priorities.
• Use data and insights to inform creative strategy while maintaining instinctive creativity.

Required profile

• 15+ years of experience leading creative teams, including significant time at top‑tier agencies.
• Strong background working on CPG or consumer brands.
• Proven track record in both creative development and strategic planning (briefs, positioning, communications frameworks).
• Demonstrated ability to create iconic work and translate it into high‑volume, performance‑driven execution.
• Excellent storytelling skills and a deep understanding of brand‑centric performance marketing.
