Executive Assistant to Product & Data Leaders

About the role

Condé Nast is seeking an Executive Assistant to support senior leaders in the Audience Experience, Revenue Product and Data Engineering functions. The role is based in New York and requires a highly organized professional who can manage complex calendars, travel and stakeholder communications across a global media organization.

Key responsibilities

• Manage extensive diaries for two SVPs and a VP, coordinating meetings, agendas, pre‑reads and follow‑up actions.
• Liaise with internal teams, external clients, senior executives, and external venues such as restaurants and hotels.
• Prepare and edit presentation materials and other executive documents.
• Arrange domestic and international travel, including visas, itineraries and accommodation for both corporate and leisure trips.
• Collaborate with global PA and TA teams to maintain effective relationships across the department.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience supporting executive leadership.
• Proactive, independent and able to exercise discretion and diplomacy.
• Strong interest in product, design and engineering disciplines and enthusiasm for Condé Nast’s brands.
• Curiosity about using AI tools to improve efficiency and streamline workflows.

Required skills

• Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Google Workspace (GSuite).
• Presentation design skills using tools such as Google Slides or PowerPoint.
