Executive Assistant to Chief Marketing Officer

About the role

Outcast Clothing is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) across a fast‑paced, global fashion business. You will help manage both professional and personal priorities, ensuring the CMO’s day runs smoothly across multiple time zones.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the CMO’s calendar across international time zones.
• Coordinate travel, itineraries, accommodation and logistics end‑to‑end.
• Prepare meeting agendas, briefings, presentations and communications.
• Attend meetings, take minutes and track action items.
• Serve as a primary point of contact between the CMO, internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Support business and personal priorities with discretion.
• Assist with office operations, onboarding, team events and culture initiatives.
• Manage expenses, vendors, office supplies and day‑to‑day coordination.

Required profile

• 1–2 years experience in an Executive Assistant or similar support role.
• Exceptional organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Calm under pressure, adaptable and solutions‑focused.
• High level of discretion and professionalism.
• Proactive with the ability to anticipate needs.
• Passion for fashion, culture and creative industries is preferred.
