Executive Assistant – Real Estate Support

About the role

Related Realty, the data‑driven brand of The Related Group, is looking for a proactive Executive Assistant to support the President in Miami. The role blends high‑level administrative support with real‑estate market research, helping drive strategic decisions across South Florida’s condo and residential sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain documents, reports, and correspondence while managing the President’s calendar, travel arrangements, and appointments.
• Conduct market research on South Florida condo developments, pricing trends, inventory levels, and competitor projects.
• Compile and summarize market data, sales comparables, and industry reports to inform business‑development initiatives.
• Assist in researching new listings, emerging neighborhoods, and market opportunities.
• Organize filing systems for documents, listings, and research materials.
• Prepare meeting materials, take minutes, and support conference participation.
• Help draft proposals, presentations, and budgets for real‑estate projects.
• Provide courteous assistance to team members, clients, visitors, and callers.

Required profile

• A two‑year college degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3–4 years of experience in real‑estate, development, construction, or a related area, preferably supporting executive‑level staff.
• Strong organizational abilities and capacity to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
