About the role
Clay is looking for an Executive Assistant to support its Customer Experience organization. Reporting to the Head of Customer Experience, you will also assist senior leaders in Growth Strategy, Services, and Support, ensuring smooth operations and seamless coordination across the team.
Key responsibilities
- Manage fast‑changing calendars for four senior leaders, protecting priorities and tracking details.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external partners across Growth Strategy, Services, and Support.
- Coordinate executive 1:1 meetings between Growth Strategists, internal leaders, and customers.
- Follow up on action items and commitments to keep leaders accountable.
- Plan and execute CX team events, offsites, and dinners, handling logistics from concept to delivery.
Required profile
- Highly organized with a keen eye for detail.
- Proactive problem‑solver who anticipates leaders’ needs.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
