Event Manager

About the role

Hypha is building an AI‑native asset intelligence platform and relies on live events to reach its market. As an Event Manager you will own the end‑to‑end event lifecycle, turning strategic ideas into executed experiences that generate pipeline and brand awareness.

Key responsibilities

• Define the annual event slate and strategy together with the Head of Event Marketing.
• Develop and manage project plans, budgets, vendor sourcing and timelines for each event.
• Design creative formats and high‑impact activations that elevate the Hypha brand.
• Lead trade‑show and conference presence, from booth design and floor selection to on‑site staffing, demo flow and ROI measurement.
• Drive the full registration experience, including audience targeting, email sequences, landing pages and pre‑event outreach in partnership with Sales.
• Own the run‑of‑show, vendor coordination and on‑site logistics, briefing internal teams to ensure consistent messaging.
• Analyze event outcomes, provide post‑event reporting and recommendations for future improvements.

Required profile

• Proven ability to manage the complete event lifecycle from concept through execution and analysis.
• Strong project‑management mindset with experience handling budgets, timelines and multiple stakeholders.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, early‑stage environment where decisions are made quickly.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate closely with sales, marketing and creative teams.
