Event & Lifestyle Coordinator – Cadence Creek

About the role

The Lifestyle Coordinator supports daily operations of the award‑winning Cadence Creek community, driving resident engagement and retention through well‑planned events and seamless service delivery. Working closely with the Community Manager and Sales Consultants, this role ensures a welcoming environment for prospects, residents, and visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Greet prospects and residents, assist with tours, and ensure a comfortable waiting experience.
• Answer phone calls, route inquiries, and follow up on service request callbacks.
• Maintain the guest suite schedule, oversee loading dock and elevator usage for move‑ins and move‑outs.
• Document package deliveries and notify residents within 24 hours.
• Prepare amenities for tours and resident use, ensuring they are in optimal condition.
• Design, develop, and execute innovative community events, services, and programs, tracking outcomes and metrics.
• Maintain up‑to‑date information on local restaurants, shops, and services, and foster relationships with concierge vendors and local businesses.
• Monitor the Lifestyle email account and collaborate with the Lifestyle Team to ensure timely responses.
