About the role
The Event Day Attendant reports to the Office Manager and primarily assists with event day duties at Blossom Music Center in Cuyahoga Falls. The role involves supporting staff and guests during events and handling uniform logistics.
Key responsibilities
- Assist employees in clocking in and clocking out.
- Help direct employees, temporary workers and NPOs to their assigned locations.
- Launder, organize and distribute uniforms, and collect them at the end of the event.
- Set up and break down check-in areas, employee meals and other areas as needed.
- Ensure all associates follow safety protocols.
- Support any other tasks as assigned.
Required profile
- Able to work long periods on feet, with constant standing, walking and lifting.
- Able to stay calm under stress and provide positive guest service.
- Able to work long hours and flexible shifts, including mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.
- Able to listen well and take direction from a supervisor.
