Event Content & Research Producer – Conferences

About the role

Bisnow is seeking an Event Content & Research Producer to shape and deliver high‑impact conference experiences for the commercial real‑estate community. You will work both onsite in Dallas and remotely, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to bring fresh content and top‑tier speakers to our events.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, recruit and educate potential speakers, focusing on C‑level executives and industry leaders.
• Research innovative content ideas and develop conference agendas from scratch.
• Partner with sales to secure sponsorships and drive revenue goals.
• Manage speaker relations throughout the event lifecycle, from initial outreach to day‑of execution.
• Promote events through community partnerships, associations and local groups.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless event production and communication.
• Lead pre‑ and post‑event meetings, providing guidance and feedback to all stakeholders.
• Oversee multiple events at various stages, maintaining detailed project plans and timelines.

Required profile

• 1‑5 years of experience in live event production or commercial real‑estate/property management.
• Detail‑oriented, deadline‑driven with strong project‑management abilities.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with sales and other internal teams.
