Escrow Processor (Remote, US Based)

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Escrow Processor to join our team remotely from anywhere in the United States. In this position you will manage the closing process for real‑estate transactions, ensuring all documentation and data are accurate and delivered on time.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with all parties throughout the settlement and closing process.
• Enter transaction details into our proprietary system.
• Collect documentation to clear title conditions and coordinate closing schedules.
• Prepare the Closing Disclosure (CD) in line with instructions, title commitments, and invoices.
• Print and assemble all documents required for closing.
• Provide exceptional service and maintain a professional company image.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of experience processing real‑estate transactions (or one year of closing experience).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
• Detail‑oriented with accurate alphanumeric data entry.
• Willingness to work standard business hours with occasional overtime or Saturday shifts as needed.
