Escrow Processing Supervisor (Remote, US)

About the role

We are looking for an Escrow Processing Supervisor to lead our remote escrow processing team that supports title settlement operations across Colorado, Utah, and Missouri. The role reports to the National Escrow Processing Manager and ensures the team meets production goals while maintaining high service quality.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily workflow, delegate tasks, and monitor team performance.
• Make decisions based on established processes and partner with the Vendor Coordinator on vendor issues.
• Address inquiries and complaints from local operations and clients.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for regional business leaders.
• Supervise day‑to‑day production, provide training, and collaborate on recruitment and performance management.

Required profile

• Experience in the closing, title, or real estate industry.
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or people‑management experience.
• Strong interpersonal influencing and relationship‑building abilities.
• Excellent analytical judgment and decision‑making skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft products and ability to learn new technical applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and flexibility to work core and extended hours.
