Escrow Operations Supervisor (Remote, US)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Escrow Operations Supervisor to lead our remote operations team. This role supports our joint‑venture title agencies, ensuring exceptional service and compliance with company goals.

Key responsibilities

• Provide leadership, answer file‑related questions, balance workloads, and oversee training.
• Review and evaluate performance of Closing Specialists and Processors.
• Manage employee compliance with policies and act as a second escalation point for customer issues.
• Map processes, create flowcharts, training manuals, and checklists.
• Resolve processing issues, maintain communication, and ensure adherence to policies.
• Conduct research and develop ad‑hoc projects to improve processes and morale.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, and new‑hire training.
• Handle daily supervisory duties such as performance management and employee engagement.

Required profile

• 2+ years of business management experience in closing, title, or real‑estate industry.
• Prior supervisory or management experience (2+ years preferred).
• Strong interpersonal, influencing, and relationship‑building abilities.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills.
• Technical/functional knowledge of title and closing processes.
