Escrow Operations Manager

About the role

The Escrow Operations Manager leads the Title and Escrow team for the Tri‑Cities region, overseeing daily workflows, compliance, and service quality. This position works closely with senior leadership to drive operational efficiency and support strategic initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the escrow and title team, fostering accountability and collaboration.
• Recruit, interview, onboard, train, schedule, and evaluate team members.
• Oversee daily escrow and title operations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to company standards.
• Manage workload distribution, cross‑training, and staffing plans.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for escrow and title functions.
• Conduct production meetings, file audits, and quality checks.
• Ensure compliance with escrow accounting controls, internal policies, state and federal regulations, Department of Insurance guidelines, and RESPA requirements.
• Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and responsiveness.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to meet business objectives.
