Escrow Officer Representative

About the role

The Escrow Officer Representative acts as the vital link between buyers, sellers, agents, lenders and title companies to ensure a smooth home‑ownership transaction. You will guide each escrow from contract review through closing, guaranteeing accuracy, timeliness and compliance with all regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Review contracts, verify titles are clear, taxes are paid and loan documents are in order.
• Coordinate with agents, lenders, underwriters and government agencies to keep the escrow process on schedule.
• Prepare and audit all paperwork to ensure error‑free closings.
• Build and maintain relationships with agents, attorneys, surveyors and other industry partners.
• Provide white‑glove service to new and existing agents, generating business opportunities.
• Train and supervise escrow assistants, delegating tasks and conducting quality checks.
• Attend closings and ensure a positive experience for all parties.
