About the role

As an Escrow Officer Representative, you will act as the essential link between buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, and title professionals to ensure smooth, timely, and accurate real‑estate transactions in Houston.

Key responsibilities

• Review contracts from initiation to closing, guaranteeing completeness and compliance.
• Coordinate with agents, buyers, sellers, lenders, underwriters, and government agencies to verify titles, taxes, and loan funding.
• Manage escrow paperwork, ensuring all documents are accurate and filed on schedule.
• Build and maintain relationships with industry partners, providing white‑glove service to retain and attract agents.
• Train and supervise escrow assistants, delegating tasks and conducting audits.
• Attend closings to facilitate a positive experience for all parties.
