About the role

The Escrow Officer is the essential link between agents, buyers, sellers and lenders, guiding real‑estate transactions from contract review through closing. You will ensure all paperwork is accurate, titles are clear, taxes are paid and loans are funded, delivering a smooth, on‑time closing experience.

Key responsibilities

• Review contracts and follow instructions from start to finish.
• Verify completeness of paperwork, titles, taxes and loan funding.
• Coordinate with agents, lenders, underwriters, attorneys and government agencies.
• Maintain detailed records to ensure error‑free, timely closings.
• Build and nurture relationships with industry partners.
• Train and supervise escrow assistants, delegating tasks and auditing work.
• Attend closings and provide a positive experience for all parties.
