Escrow Officer – McKinney, TX

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Escrow Officer to join our Independence Title team in McKinney, Texas. You will play a pivotal role in guiding real‑estate transactions from start to finish, ensuring a smooth, accurate, and professional closing experience for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate and collaborate with internal teams and clients to close transactions efficiently.
• Process files, prepare CD/HUD documents, and complete all required closing paperwork.
• Obtain lender approvals, order updates, and determine clearance to close.
• Build and service a portfolio of business, supporting growth objectives.
• Assist and proactively support team members while maintaining respectful communication.
• Develop strong relationships with sales representatives and participate in marketing initiatives to expand the customer base.

Required skills
