Escrow Officer – Boynton Beach, FL

About the role

As an Escrow Officer based in Boynton Beach, you will act as the central liaison between buyers, sellers, agents, lenders and title companies to ensure smooth real‑estate transactions. You will manage the escrow process from contract review through closing, guaranteeing that all documents, funds and conditions are handled accurately and on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Review contracts and follow client instructions from initiation to completion.
• Verify that titles are clear, taxes are paid and loans are funded.
• Coordinate with lenders, underwriters, attorneys, surveyors and government agencies to resolve any issues.
• Maintain detailed escrow files and ensure all paperwork is complete and error‑free.
• Build and nurture relationships with agents, providing white‑glove service and generating new business opportunities.
• Train and supervise escrow assistants, delegating tasks and auditing work.
• Attend closings to facilitate a positive experience for all parties.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; ongoing continuing education as needed.
• 2–3 years of front‑ and back‑end escrow experience.
• Active notary public and escrow officer licenses.
• Strong attention to detail, problem‑solving ability and capacity to manage multiple transactions under deadline pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with agents, buyers and other stakeholders.
