Escrow Assistant – US Title (Ladue, MO)

About the role

You will act as the essential link that keeps real‑estate transactions moving smoothly from contract to closing. Working closely with the closing representative, agents, buyers, sellers, lenders and other stakeholders, you will gather, organize and process all required documentation to ensure timely, stress‑free closings.

Key responsibilities

• Provide white‑glove assistance to the closing representative, ensuring smooth sales cycles.
• Prepare loan documents for signing, including vesting amendments, and return signed documents to lenders.
• Review purchase contracts for completeness, request missing information, and conduct preliminary audits.
• Prepare estimated closing statements for officer review.
• Maintain accurate files, record documentation, issue post‑closing checks, and transmit documents to lenders.
• Build and maintain relationships with industry partners to promote our escrow services.
