Escrow Assistant – Rollingwood Office

About the role

Join Independence Title’s Rollingwood office as an Escrow Assistant, supporting real‑estate transactions for residential and commercial clients. You will work closely with the primary Escrow Officer to ensure smooth, accurate closings.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate collection of required information and communicate with customers via phone, email, or in person.
• Handle front‑end processing of escrow files.
• Assist in preparing preliminary Closing Disclosures.
• Read contracts, commitments, and orders, and assemble necessary documents for closings.

Required profile

• Friendly, outgoing, and well‑organized with a strong work ethic.

• Professional appearance and conduct with colleagues and customers.

Required skills

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years escrow experience.
• Great communication and customer‑oriented skills.
