Escrow Assistant – Mesquite Office

About the role

We are seeking an Escrow Assistant to join our Mesquite office and support the closing of residential and commercial real‑estate transactions. You will work closely with the Escrow Officer and provide front‑end and post‑closing assistance to ensure a smooth, customer‑focused experience.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the collection of information needed to finalize home sales.
• Handle front‑end processing and post‑closing/funding tasks as directed.
• Read contracts, commitments, and orders, and assemble the necessary closing documents.
• Maintain files, record documentation, issue checks after closing, and transmit documents to lenders.
• Balance files and funding while delivering excellent customer service.

Required profile

• Friendly, outgoing, well‑organized with a strong work ethic.
• High school diploma or equivalent; bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.
• Minimum three years of escrow experience.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and provide professional, courteous service.

Required skills

• RamQuest system (preferred).
• Microsoft Office suite proficiency.
