Escrow Assistant – Clear Lake Office

About the role

We are seeking an organized and customer‑focused Escrow Assistant to support our Clear Lake office in Houston. You will work closely with the Escrow Officer to ensure smooth real‑estate closings for both residential and commercial transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the collection of information needed to finalize home sales.
• Handle front‑end processing and post‑closing/funding tasks as required.
• Read contracts, commitments, and orders, and assemble necessary closing documents.
• Maintain files, record documentation, issue checks after closing, and transmit documents to lenders.
• Perform receptionist duties such as answering phones, greeting visitors, setting up the lobby, and processing deliveries and mail.

Required profile

• Friendly, outgoing, and well‑organized with a strong work ethic.
• High attention to detail and a solution‑oriented mindset.
• Professional appearance and conduct with customers and coworkers.
• High school diploma or equivalent and at least 3 years of escrow experience.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• RamQuest system (preferred).
• Microsoft Office Suite proficiency.
