ERP Vendor Management Analyst

About the role

The Enterprise Resource Planning Support Office (ESO) at the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City is seeking an ERP Vendor Management Analyst. In this role you will oversee the full supplier lifecycle for ERP‑related third‑party services, ensuring that vendors deliver value in line with the Federal Reserve’s Vendor Management Framework.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute vendor management strategies for all ERP platforms, aligning with system policies and industry best practices.
• Lead onboarding, off‑boarding, contract oversight, performance monitoring, and risk management activities.
• Serve as primary relationship manager for ERP vendors, conducting business reviews with stakeholders and evaluating performance against SLAs and KPIs.
• Collaborate with procurement, legal, risk, finance, and information security teams to support audits, risk assessments, and regulatory inquiries.
• Prepare and maintain vendor management plans, risk mitigation strategies, performance scorecards, and contingency procedures.

Required profile

• Proven experience in vendor or supplier management within an ERP environment.
• Strong understanding of contract negotiation, spend monitoring, and risk assessment.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision while influencing cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with internal and external stakeholders at operational and strategic levels.
