Main Responsibilities

• Operate various types of light equipment safely and efficiently, including loaders and skid steers.
• Manage and execute daily rail yard operations and logistics tasks.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance, such as refueling and greasing, to ensure operational readiness.
• Utilize manual tools and handle light equipment with precision and care.
• Strictly adhere to all safety rules, regulations, and company protocols to maintain a secure workspace.
• Assist with additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor to support team objectives.

Candidate Profile

• Physically fit and capable of working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and work in heights or confined spaces.
• Reliable, safety-conscious, and highly motivated to succeed in a hands-on role.
• Willingness and ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug/alcohol screening.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in operating light machinery (Skid Steer, Loader).
• Basic mechanical aptitude and equipment maintenance.
• Knowledge of rail yard operations and safety procedures.
• Manual dexterity and use of hand tools.
• Welding skills (a significant plus).
