EPC Project Manager (Hybrid)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced EPC Project Manager to lead engineering design projects for industrial process manufacturers. The position is hybrid, allowing you to work both on‑site and remotely while collaborating with multidisciplinary engineering teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead projects from concept through completion, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget are met.
• Define and document engineering scope and deliverables.
• Coordinate resources, drawings, site visits, and procurement.
• Monitor project costs, manage purchase orders, and ensure timely invoicing.
• Maintain strong client relationships and address issues promptly.
• Travel up to 30% for site visits and client meetings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• Proven experience managing engineering projects in EPC environments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to challenge the status quo.

Required skills

• PMP certification (preferred).
