Environmental Supervisor – Utility-Scale Solar Project

About the role

EOSOL Group is seeking an experienced Environmental Supervisor to lead environmental compliance during the construction of a utility‑scale solar photovoltaic project in the United States. The role involves monitoring field activities, ensuring adherence to federal, state and local regulations, and working closely with construction teams to minimise environmental impacts.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor environmental compliance throughout construction activities.
• Conduct routine field inspections, audits and verify erosion and sediment control measures.
• Ensure compliance with EPA, state regulations and permit conditions, including stormwater management plans.
• Coordinate environmental reporting, documentation and incident investigations.
• Collaborate with construction teams, project managers, regulatory agencies and consultants.
• Deliver environmental awareness training to site personnel and maintain inspection logs and compliance reports.
• Participate in client and regulatory audits.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, Biology, Natural Resources or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of environmental compliance experience on construction, infrastructure, renewable energy or industrial projects.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Valid U.S. work authorization (or TN Visa eligibility) and a valid driver’s licence.
• Ability to work full‑time on‑site.

Required skills

• Knowledge of U.S. federal environmental regulations (EPA).
