Environmental Supervisor – Utility-Scale Solar Project

About the role

EOSOL Group is looking for an experienced Environmental Supervisor to lead environmental compliance during the construction of a utility‑scale solar photovoltaic project in the United States. The role involves close collaboration with construction teams, regulators and consultants to ensure the project meets all environmental requirements while minimizing impacts.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor environmental compliance throughout construction activities.
• Conduct routine field inspections, audits and verify erosion and sediment control measures.
• Ensure adherence to federal, state and local environmental regulations and permit conditions.
• Oversee stormwater management practices and implementation of SWPPP.
• Coordinate environmental reporting, documentation and maintain inspection logs.
• Identify risks, implement corrective actions and support incident investigations.
• Provide environmental awareness training to site personnel.
• Participate in client and regulatory audits.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, Biology, Natural Resources or related field.
• Minimum three years of environmental compliance experience on construction, infrastructure, renewable energy or industrial projects.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Valid U.S. work authorization or eligibility for a TN Visa.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to work full‑time on‑site.
