CodeVertex Talent is seeking an Entry-Level Virtual Data Entry Clerk to support accurate data maintenance and documentation quality. This remote position ensures internal information is organized, reliable, and ready for business use.

Key responsibilities

• Enter, update, and maintain accurate records across internal systems, spreadsheets, and workflow tools.
• Review submitted information for completeness, proper formatting, duplicate records, and basic consistency.
• Organize digital files and maintain documentation according to internal process standards.
• Communicate task status, missing information, and exceptions clearly with team leads.
• Protect customer, applicant, business, and operational information with strict confidentiality.
