Entry-Level Sustainability Consultant

About the role

Join a leading sustainability enterprise as a Graduate Sustainability Consultant. You will work remotely while collaborating with corporate clients, real‑estate developers, and municipal agencies to drive decarbonisation, resource efficiency, and compliance with California environmental regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in compiling and verifying Scope 1, 2, 3 GHG emissions inventories using enterprise sustainability software.
• Coordinate with engineering and architecture teams to support building‑scale certifications such as LEED and WELL.
• Build and maintain data models that track client resource usage, focusing on water stewardship, waste diversion, and energy efficiency.
• Conduct market research and peer benchmarking to identify ESG materiality and risks for corporate clients.

Required profile

• Recently completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainable Infrastructure, Engineering, Economics, or a related data‑driven discipline.
• Strong analytical mindset with comfort managing large data sets and spotting trends.
• Interest in California climate policies (e.g., Title 24, building decarbonisation mandates).
• Excellent communication skills to translate technical metrics into actionable business insights.
