About the role
Join our Special Investigations Unit (SIU) as an entry‑level Investigator and start making an impact from day one. You will help detect and prevent insurance fraud by conducting thorough investigations of suspicious claims.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct in‑depth investigations of questionable insurance claims.
- Interview claimants, witnesses, and other parties, obtaining written and recorded statements.
- Identify inconsistencies, detect fraud patterns, and document findings.
- Perform field investigations, scene inspections, and gather physical evidence.
- Prepare professional reports and collaborate with legal teams and law‑enforcement when required.
Required profile
- Associate or bachelor’s degree (Criminal Justice or related field preferred).
- Strong critical‑thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and natural curiosity.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases.
