About the role

Unlock your sales potential with Home Genius Exteriors. This full‑time W‑2 position lets you meet pre‑qualified customers, so you spend little time on cold calling and more time closing deals. The company is entering its second fiscal year in the market and is looking for driven professionals ready to grow into leadership roles.

Key responsibilities

Meet with 2–3 pre‑qualified customers daily.
Deliver engaging, in‑home sales presentations.
Grow quickly through elite training and mentorship (internal promotions only).
Enjoy a supportive, team‑first environment.

What we offer

$100,000–$300,000+ per year with a 70% advance up front and no cap on commissions.
Weekly pay every Friday.
