About the role
Unlock your sales potential with Home Genius Exteriors. This full‑time W‑2 position lets you meet pre‑qualified customers, with most of the work prepared before you see them. The company is entering its second fiscal year in this market and seeks driven closers ready to grow into leadership.
Key responsibilities
- Meet with 2–3 pre‑qualified customers daily.
- Deliver engaging, in‑home sales presentations.
- Participate in elite training and mentorship programs, with internal promotion pathways.
- Contribute to a supportive, team‑first environment.
Required profile
- Confident communicator and emerging leader.
- Highly motivated to succeed and develop.
- Eager to start a career in sales.
What we offer
- Base earnings $100,000–$300,000+ per year with a 70 % advance and uncapped commissions.
- Weekly pay every Friday and monthly performance bonuses (trips, electronics, events).
