About the role

Renuity is looking for an enthusiastic Entry Level Sales Development Specialist to join its growing team in Warrington, PA. You will be the front‑line representative of our home‑improvement brand, engaging customers in‑store and at events to showcase our premium products and services.

Key responsibilities

• Promote Renuity’s high‑quality home‑renovation products and installation services to prospective and existing customers.
• Deliver face‑to‑face sales presentations that highlight product benefits and drive conversions.
• Participate in in‑store retail marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
• Attend ongoing training sessions to improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
• Provide feedback to management on customer preferences and market trends.

Required profile

• 1‑2+ years of experience in sales or customer‑facing roles (preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Self‑starter attitude with a drive to exceed goals.
• Willingness to travel locally and work flexible hours, including weekends.
