Renuity is looking for an Entry Level Sales Development Specialist to join its growing home‑improvement network in Mays Landing, NJ. You will promote high‑quality renovation products and services, deliver face‑to‑face presentations, and receive comprehensive training to launch a career in sales.

Key responsibilities

• Represent Renuity by promoting products and services to prospective and existing customers through in‑store marketing campaigns and events.
• Deliver engaging, face‑to‑face sales presentations that highlight premium products and expert installation.
• Participate in ongoing training sessions to sharpen sales techniques and deepen product knowledge.

Required profile

• 1‑2+ years of experience in sales or customer‑facing roles (preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Willingness to travel within the local market and work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday).
