Entry Level Sales Development Specialist – Field

About the role

Renuity is seeking an enthusiastic Entry Level Sales Development Specialist to represent the brand at in‑store retail events and local marketing campaigns across Dedham, MA and surrounding areas. This field‑based position offers a fast‑paced environment where you will engage directly with homeowners, educate them on premium home‑improvement solutions, and generate qualified leads.

Key responsibilities

• Represent Renuity at in‑store events and community marketing initiatives.
• Engage customers face‑to‑face, delivering product presentations and promoting windows, doors, roofs, and bath upgrades.
• Generate and qualify sales leads for the broader sales team.
• Travel within the Massachusetts and Southern New Hampshire region for events and store placements.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development programs.

Required profile

• 1–2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or other customer‑facing roles.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration abilities.
• Self‑motivated with a drive to exceed performance goals.
• Willingness to learn, grow, and be coached.
• Availability on weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday) with potential weekday opportunities.
