About the role

We are seeking motivated entry‑level sales professionals to join one of the fastest‑growing window and door companies in the United States. The role provides full training, a fast‑track program and an industry‑leading commission structure designed to help you reach high earnings.

Required profile

Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail or restaurant environments (preferred but not mandatory).
A strong willingness to learn the windows and doors market and to develop sales skills.

Uncapped commissions combined with a competitive base salary.

Potential earnings of $8,000‑$25,000+ per month once fully onboarded, with average first‑year earnings of $70,000‑$140,000.
