Entry Level Sales - Base + Commission

About the role

As an Entry Level Sales Representative you will help drive marketing efforts and expand brand presence within the community for a premier home remodeling provider.

Key responsibilities

• Event coordination: planning, organizing, and executing community events, home shows, fairs, and other local gatherings.
• Community engagement: engaging with homeowners through targeted marketing initiatives to raise awareness and generate leads.
• Lead generation: identifying and qualifying potential leads via events, networking, and online inquiries.
• Product demonstrations: showcasing portfolio, design samples, and material options at events and in‑person meetings.
• Brand ambassadorship: representing the company with professionalism, enthusiasm, and integrity.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport with diverse audiences.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
• Creative thinker with passion for developing innovative marketing strategies.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented and able to work independently and collaboratively.
• Flexible and adaptable in a fast‑paced environment.
• Prior experience in marketing, event planning, or community outreach is advantageous but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in marketing or communications is a plus.
