About the role

Renuity is seeking an enthusiastic Entry Level Sales and Development Specialist to represent the brand at in‑store events and local marketing campaigns across South Florida. This field‑based position offers a fast‑paced environment where you will engage directly with homeowners, educate them on premium home‑improvement solutions, and build a pipeline of qualified leads.

Key responsibilities

• Represent Renuity at retail events, trade shows, and community marketing activities.
• Deliver confident product presentations on windows, doors, roofs, and bath upgrades.
• Generate and qualify leads through face‑to‑face interactions.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow‑up activities.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development sessions.

Required profile

• 1–2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or other customer‑facing roles.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self‑motivated with a drive to exceed performance goals.
• Willingness to learn, grow, and receive coaching.
• Comfortable traveling locally for events and store placements.
