About the role

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, hiring managers, and job candidates.
• Partner with clients to fill urgent positions quickly and effectively.
• Connect qualified candidates with client opportunities, leading to successful placements.
• Utilize recruiting tools and materials to source and evaluate talent.
• Cold‑call, qualify, screen, and prepare candidates and clients for interviews.
• Assist in negotiating job offers and conduct reference checks.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High outbound activity to source clients and candidates.
• Comfortable establishing relationships over the phone.
• Integrity, confidentiality, and an ethical mindset.
• Effective negotiation abilities.
• A degree is preferred but not required.
• Successful completion of gpac training program.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, goal‑oriented, and competitive spirit.
