Entry-Level Paralegal

About the role

Join MoFo’s Transactions team in Boston as an entry‑level Paralegal. You will work alongside attorneys on complex financial transactions, gaining hands‑on experience from day one in a collaborative, supportive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with all phases of financial transactions, including financings, public offerings, M&A, and corporate matters.
• Prepare, review, and file UCC financing statements, draft closing certificates and checklists, and coordinate lien reviews.
• Support entity formations, corporate compliance, and document management, including proofreading, redlining, and assembling closing binders.
• Conduct legal research, respond to auditor letters, and attend closings to provide on‑site assistance.
• Maintain accurate daily time entries and submit weekly timecards to meet administrative and billable expectations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic record.
• Ability to work efficiently under supervision, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• High attention to detail, accountability, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Commitment to remain in the role for at least two years before pursuing law school or other ventures.
