Entry-Level Operator – Medical Device Assembly

About the role

We are looking for an entry‑level Operator to join our cleanroom team and support the assembly and inspection of medical device components. This position offers hands‑on experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assemble components and finished products according to detailed manufacturing instructions.
• Perform visual inspections to verify product quality and compliance.
• Accurately complete traceability forms and production documentation.
• Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Maintain cleanroom standards, participate in housekeeping, and operate assigned equipment under supervision.
• Engage in on‑the‑job training and continuous improvement activities.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 0–3 years of experience in a medical device manufacturing environment (preferred but not required).
• Ability to stand, sit, bend for extended periods and lift up to 40 lb.
• Capability to perform repetitive hand and arm motions.
