Entry-Level Medical Device Operator – Day Shift

About the role

We are seeking an entry‑level Operator I to join our cleanroom manufacturing team on a day‑shift schedule. The role involves assembling and inspecting components of medical devices used in vascular and cardiac applications.

Key responsibilities

• Assemble components and finished products according to detailed manufacturing instructions.
• Perform visual inspections to verify product quality and compliance.
• Complete traceability forms and production documentation accurately.
• Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Maintain cleanroom standards, participate in housekeeping, and operate assigned equipment under supervision.
• Engage in on‑the‑job training and continuous improvement activities.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 0–3 years of experience in a medical‑device manufacturing environment (preferred but not required).
• Physical ability to stand, sit, bend for extended periods and lift up to 40 lb.
• Willingness to work in a cleanroom environment and follow strict safety protocols.
