Entry Level Measurement Engineer – Seattle

About the role

ATT, a leader in metrology, is seeking an entry‑level Measurement Engineer to join its Seattle team. You will work on dimensional measurement projects across aerospace, automotive, energy, civil, medical and marine sectors, supporting field measurements and client engagements.

Key responsibilities

• Execute advanced dimensional metrology measurement and validation services for multiple industries.
• Program measurement systems and user interfaces for laser trackers, portable arms, scanners and other metrology tools.
• Perform reverse engineering of physical components and create accurate CAD models.
• Analyze measurement data, evaluate uncertainty and produce conformance reports.
• Collaborate with customers to define measurement strategies, GD&T inspection plans and validation protocols.
• Develop and maintain documentation, standard work and customer deliverables.
• Stay current with emerging metrology technologies and integrate them into projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with high attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% for on‑site project execution.
• Interest in precision engineering and applied measurement science.
