Home Genius Exteriors is seeking an enthusiastic entry‑level Marketing & Sales Associate to join its fast‑growing remodeling team in Altoona, PA. The role combines creative marketing initiatives with direct client interaction to promote the company’s top‑rated home improvement products and services.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies that boost brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
• Promote Home Genius Exteriors’ products and services to new and existing clients.
• Participate in weekly training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Deliver interactive, face‑to‑face presentations that highlight the value of the company’s offerings.
• Maintain a flexible schedule, working Monday‑Friday evenings and four weekend days per month.

Required profile

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal abilities.
• Confident public speaking and presentation skills.
• Growth mindset with a passion for learning and self‑development.
• Willingness to work onsite in an in‑person environment.

• Base pay of $17.25–$22.00 per hour, with total earnings potential of $25–$35+ per hour including bonuses.
