Entry-Level Manufacturing Operator

About the role

The Operator I position is an entry‑level role on the production floor, responsible for operating manufacturing equipment according to specifications. You will work Monday‑Friday, 7 am‑3 pm, with occasional weekend overtime, reporting to the Production Supervisor.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain a safe work environment by following all safety procedures.
• Operate machines and forklifts in line with Standard Operating Procedures and Process Route Sheets.
• Set up, monitor, and adjust production equipment to meet quality specifications.
• Maintain housekeeping and organization of the assigned area.
• Communicate quality or safety issues to the supervisor immediately.
• Assist with other tasks as assigned, including material handling.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills and a positive team spirit.
• Ability to work in hot and cold conditions.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on learning agility.

Required skills

• Forklift operation.
• Machine operation in a manufacturing environment.
