Entry Level Help Desk – IT Support (Hybrid)

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic entry‑level IT professional to join our support team in Coppell, TX. The position offers full training and hands‑on experience, allowing you to develop core troubleshooting and hardware skills while working alongside senior technicians.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, prioritize and resolve IT support tickets.
• Assist end‑users via email, chat and in‑person for password resets, login issues, Wi‑Fi connectivity, printer and peripheral problems.
• Troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues on Windows workstations.
• Collaborate with senior technicians to learn and apply best practices.
• Maintain documentation of incidents and resolutions.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 months of IT experience or relevant education (CompTIA A+, IT coursework, degree, bootcamp, etc.).
• Strong interest in technical troubleshooting and hardware support.
• Reliable, professional, and motivated to learn.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• Reliable transportation and flexibility to work evenings or weekends if needed.

What we offer

• Contract position with hybrid work model (on‑site in Coppell, remote flexibility).
• Pay range $16.25‑$18.00 per hour.
