Entry-Level Groundskeeper at Belara at Lakeland

About the role

Greystar is seeking an entry‑level Groundskeeper for the Belara at Lakeland community in Auburn, Washington. The role is focused on maintaining the appearance and safety of the property’s outdoor areas while delivering excellent customer service to residents and visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and inspect community spaces, including lawns, gardens, walkways, entrances, and exits.
• Perform routine cleaning, litter removal, and trash collection to ensure a tidy environment.
• Operate and maintain landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers.
• Support the service team by addressing minor repairs and reporting larger maintenance issues.
• Assist with seasonal landscaping projects and special events as needed.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; no prior experience required.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Physical ability to perform manual labor outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Customer‑service orientation and good communication skills.
