Entry-Level Engineer – Tactical Network (Secret Clearance)

About the role

This entry‑level engineering position supports the development, integration, testing, and readiness of PEO C3T Tactical Network systems. The role requires an active Secret clearance and offers the chance to work within Army‑related project teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and document engineering and integration processes for Tactical Network systems.
• Prepare technical documentation and maintain configuration item baselines.
• Participate in Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) and other technical forums across PEO C3T.
• Coordinate with program, project, and product management to assess engineering effectiveness.
• Manage, maintain, and automate Configuration Management (CM) tools and version control.
• Oversee software delivery in test and deployment environments, analyze configuration issues, and propose corrective actions.
• Participate in design reviews, configuration audits, and baseline status tracking.

Required profile

• Active Secret clearance.
• BS in Engineering, Testing, or a related scientific/technical discipline (or 5 years related experience).
• Familiarity with Army organizational structure and Unit Task Organization concepts.
• Ability to work independently on complex project portions while supporting team objectives.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities.
