Entry-Level Engineer – Tactical Network (Secret Clearance)

About the role

This entry‑level engineering position supports the development, integration, testing, and readiness of PEO C3T Tactical Network systems. The role requires an active Secret clearance and offers the chance to work within Army‑related structures and Integrated Project Teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and document engineering, integration, and readiness processes for Tactical Network systems.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation and configuration item baselines.
• Participate in Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) and technical forums across PEO C3T and subordinate agencies.
• Coordinate with program, project, and product management to assess engineering effectiveness.
• Manage, maintain, and automate Configuration Management tools, ensuring version control of software deliverables.
• Oversee software delivery in test and deployment environments, analyze configuration issues, and propose corrective actions.
• Participate in design reviews, configuration audits, and baseline evaluations.

Required profile

• Active Secret clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Testing, or a related scientific/technical discipline (or 5 years related experience).
• Familiarity with Army organizational structure and Unit Task Organization concepts.
• Ability to communicate effectively and support Integrated Project Teams.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities.
